  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

KJSTRANDS is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, KJSTRANDS is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking around your delivery location, asking household members or neighbors, and contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
